1. What Kashout is
Kashout is a sports- and crypto-analytics tool. It shows historical backtests and live readings of
statistical patterns.
It is information and analysis only, not betting, not financial or investment
advice, and not a prediction of any outcome. Past performance never guarantees future results.
2. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for any decisions you make. Sports wagering and crypto trading involve real risk
of loss and may be regulated or restricted where you live, it is your responsibility to comply with all
laws that apply to you.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age where you live if that is higher. Do not use Kashout where prohibited.
3. No guarantees
The data, models, and live feeds may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Kashout is provided "as is," without
warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any losses arising from your use of it.
4. Accounts
Keep your login secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse
the service.
5. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans (when available) are
recurring and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel
anytime; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current period. Pricing and
renewal terms are shown at checkout before you pay.
6. Privacy
We collect your email, the signals/takes you create, and basic technical data (e.g. IP for security and
rough location analytics). We use it to run and improve the service and never sell your personal data.
Stripe sends your payment receipts. We do not send other emails, so if you get locked out, account recovery
runs through a support ticket in our Discord.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the current version.
